Principal's Corner

Yá'át'ééh Greetings Sand Devil Nation,

Welcome to the 2022/23 school year. We are excited to have you be a part of our high school community this year. My name is Leigh Guenther and I will be your Principal for this school year. I am honored and humbled to lead such an amazing student body and incredibly talented staff. This school year will be my 25th year in public education. During my career I have been a Teacher, Coach, Dean of Students and an Assistant Principal working in some of the smallest and largest School Districts in four different states. Page High School and the Page Unified District has so much potential to accomplish wonderful things I am truly in awe of the possibilities.

As we embark on this school year and the Sand Devil Way: work hard, be kind and get involved I encourage all of our stakeholders to make this the best year possible. If everyone follows the Sand Devil Way the 2022/23 school year will be an amazing experience. I encourage each of you to work to your potential in all of your classes. The teachers at Page High School truly want what is best for you in all aspects of your academic career. They will challenge you to push yourself in and out of the classroom to accomplish whatever goals you have set. We have academic support available three days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and all of your teachers have office hours each week. Please do not be afraid to let us help you be successful this school year.

Please know that my door is always open with the understanding there is a chain of command and each day is a busy one. I encourage you to seek out the correct person for the issue you are trying to resolve and make an appointment so that everyone’s time can be honored. Please email myself or my Assistant, Kendra Childs, if you need help making contact with the correct individual.

All the best,

Mr. Leigh Guenther, Principal Page HS
